Why Whole Body Fertility Leads You Toward Pregnancy
Posted in Whole Body Fertility Blog on 21. May, 2010
Fertility is frequently looked upon as a mechanical problem — basically a sperm and egg issue — as if the mechanics of conception were somehow set apart from the rest of your body. The truth is, fertility is an extension of your whole body’s health, a reflection of your mental-emotional-physical balance. If you are imbalanced physically, emotionally or mentally (think: out of shape, anxious, distracted, over-worked, worried, etc.), then getting pregnant becomes much more difficult –regardless of the sperm and egg quality.
The parts being improved, rely on the health of the “whole”.
This is Universal Law (not something that I made up). Your whole body is connected, and each part relates to the whole.
If you improve the whole body, fertility also improves. If you focus on improving the mechanical aspects of sperm and eggs, you whole health does not improve. Trying to improve fertility without improving your whole health, makes improving sperm and egg quality more difficult.
Here’s the order of business:
1. Improve your whole health first to improve fertility.
2. If you need further reproductive assistance at some point (fertility drugs, IUI, etc.) then it will be much easier to get pregnant and improve your fertility if the whole body has been “optimized” first.
That is one of the big secrets! There are plenty more ideas like this that you need to understand to improve your chances of getting pregnant without drugs, medications and expensive procedures — and if you come to a point where you decide you need an external procedure, you will much more prepared to have a successful outcome.
For more information on this, pick up the Whole Body Fertility book. It’s full of step-by-step specifics that you can use immediately to get your fertility on the optimal track.
Here’s to your success!
